Report a bugPaint, Mold and Studio each have a Feedback button beside the 3D view — in its bottom corner in Paint and Mold, and at the right-hand end of the bar across its top in Studio. In Blend and Auto, use Send feedback… in the account menu. Your message arrives with the page you were on and your browser, which is usually the difference between a fix and a guess.

Your plan, credit balance and storage live on your account page, along with permanent account deletion. Plans are managed at mixos.io in a web browser. For refunds, billing questions or anything account-specific, email support@mixos.io.
