Affiliate Program Terms

These terms supplement the Mixos Terms of Service and govern the program operated by Mixos.

Enrollment and eligibility

Any signed-in Mixos user may enroll by accepting these terms. There is no approval queue. To activate earnings, complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding in a country where Stripe confirms the account can receive transfers. You must provide accurate identity and tax information to Stripe. We may suspend accounts or withhold disputed earnings for fraud, spam, misleading claims, self-referrals, or legal compliance.

Attribution and qualifying purchases

A purchase is attributed to the most recently used valid creator link or code within 30 days. Buyers choose whether to store a referral for 30 days; otherwise it applies to the current visit or can be entered again on the pricing page before checkout. Only a new customer’s first paid Pro or Max monthly or annual bill, or first lifetime license, qualifies. Renewals, team plans, AI credit packs, free orders, prior paying customers, and purchases by the affiliate themselves do not qualify. We use buyer identifiers and Stripe payment records to make that decision and resolve duplicate or abusive claims.

Buyer discount and commission

An eligible buyer receives 10% off their first bill unless a larger regional discount applies. Signed-out buyers enter the email they will use at checkout to verify the offer. Discounts do not stack. The buyer may decline the affiliate discount and use another promotion code while preserving referral attribution. Commission is 20% of the first eligible paid amount after discounts and tax, before processing fees, rounded to the smallest settlement currency unit. A zero-cost order earns no commission. Refunds and disputes reduce commission proportionally, including after a transfer; unrecovered amounts offset future earnings. A won dispute restores the commission after any unreversed refund.

Transfers

Commissions are held for 30 days. Each monthly run transfers every cleared positive balance, grouped by currency, without a program minimum. Stripe controls subsequent bank payout timing and may impose its own restrictions or fees. Failed transfers are retried; suspended accounts cannot receive new earnings or transfers until restored. Your dashboard shows aggregate activity without identifying buyers. We may correct errors and reverse or offset overpayments.

Required disclosures

Clearly disclose the financial relationship in each tutorial and near every affiliate link. A suitable example is: “I may earn a commission if you buy Mixos through this link.” In a video, say the disclosure aloud or show it clearly in the video itself, and repeat it near the link in the description. Follow applicable advertising, tax and platform rules; do not claim Mixos endorses your content or promise features, prices or outcomes we do not offer.

Changes and questions

We may change or end the program with notice on this page. Commissions already earned remain subject to refunds, disputes and these terms. Questions or appeals: support@mixos.io.
