What does it cost?
Laying out the plan and building the home happen in the Mixos AI chat and use chat credits. Studio renders are free, and a photoreal finish of a shot costs 4 credits.
Do I get room sizes?
Yes. Each room shows its width × depth when it is rectangular and its floor area, in square metres or square feet, and the reply gives the total by level.
Can a builder use the plan?
No. It is a concept layout for exploring ideas. Have construction drawings made by a qualified professional.
I already have a floor plan.
Attach it instead: Mixos AI reads the drawing into 3D and can lay the drawing under the walls so you can check the reading.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Mixos runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
What is free, and what requires a paid plan?
