A listing-style plan
Read from the drawing, furnished by room type, then finished as a photoreal cut-away.
Attach a floor plan, such as a listing drawing, a scanned plan or a neat sketch with dimensions. Mixos AI reads its walls, doors, windows and rooms into an editable 3D home at real scale, furnishes the empty rooms and sets up presentation shots ready to render.
Mixos AI is available in this build. Conversational tools require paid access or purchased credits.
MADE IN MIXOSMixos AI does the reading, the building and the camera work. You check the scale, ask for changes in plain words and choose which shots to finish.
Use a plan with a scale bar or at least one written dimension. Mixos AI reads metres or feet and says which dimension it scaled from, so you can correct one number instead of every wall.
Walls go up with real door and window openings, each room gets a floor that suits it, and empty rooms are furnished by type: beds against walls, a sofa facing the TV, a kitchen run and a bath. Ask for a roof and a garden to see the outside.
Ask for the presentation shots: a cut-away, a plan labelled with every room's name and area, the street, an aerial and eye-level interiors. Each is a storyboard shot you can render free in Studio or finish as a photoreal image.
Every result below is unedited Mixos output. Inputs are public-domain or openly licensed drawings, drawings made for these examples, or AI-generated example photos.

Read from the drawing, furnished by room type, then finished as a photoreal cut-away.

The plan stays under the walls while you work, so every wall can be checked against it. Renders and generated images leave the drawing out on their own.

The living-room shot from the presentation set: a free Studio render, then an AI finish that keeps the layout.

A townhouse read floor by floor: the ground-floor plan hides the bedrooms above, and the upper plan shows them with the stairs landing.
The viewport makes the result visible. Inspect the shape, placement and materials before moving on to the next change.

The model follows the plan as Mixos AI reads it: wall centrelines, openings measured along each wall and rooms by name. Repairs are reported in words, such as a partition joined to the wall it nearly met, so nothing changes silently.
Every piece of furniture is its own object: click the sofa and drag it, turn the bed, delete a chair. Walls and floors are locked so a click never pulls the house apart. Ask Mixos AI to move a wall or add a window and the home rebuilds in place, with your furniture where you left it.
Reading a drawing is an interpretation. Compare key dimensions with the original plan, and use verified drawings and professional advice for construction, permits or purchasing.

Clear drawings work best: a listing plan, a scanned architectural drawing or a neat sketch with at least one written dimension or a scale bar. Walls, doors, windows and room names should be legible. Mixos AI tells you which dimension it scaled from.
Yes. Mixos AI lays your plan under the walls at the scale it read, so a wrong dimension shows at a glance. It stays visible while you work, renders and generated images leave it out, and the Building button over the 3D view hides it in one click.
Yes. Furniture the plan draws is placed where it is drawn, and rooms left empty are furnished by type, clear of the doors. Ask for a different arrangement or style and it changes in place.
Yes. Attach the plan of each floor and Mixos AI stacks them, with the stairs between. The labelled plan view then comes as one shot per floor, with the floors above hidden.
Reading the plan and building the model happen in the Mixos AI conversation and use chat credits. Finishing a shot as a photoreal image costs 4 credits, and Studio renders are free. The cost of each paid step is shown before it runs.
No. It is a visualization built from an interpretation of the drawing. Check dimensions against the original plan and rely on qualified professionals and verified drawings for construction.
Editing in the released Mixos apps is free with a Mixos account. AI generation consumes credits. Production exports require a paid plan or licence; the free plan includes a 512px watermarked render preview. See Pricing for current allowances. Watching the demonstrations on this page does not spend AI credits.
